Problem Summary
Quvia (formerly Neuron) is a satellite optimization SAAS startup for enterprise aviation and cruise customers. They needed to completely redesign their complex product suite to scale to different industry verticals. They had just raised $10m and I was their first and only design hire.
My Remit
1. Redesign all products so we had one consistent product suite that could be deployed across different new verticals.
2. Create a design system from scratch that would make future product development faster and more consistent.
3. Design new AI driven products for use across client verticals.
The Results
During my two year tenure we tripled revenues, and won multiple new global enterprise clients. I played my small part in this success.
